Includes in the nominees are Lady Gaga, who gathers 5 nominations, Beyonce Knowles, Jay-Z, Jonas Brothers, Taylor Swift, Linkin Park, The Veronicas and Kanye West. This year, except from the nominees, MTV EMA 2009 will be full of live performances by some of the biggest and most exciting musical acts in the world. Green Day, Leona Lewis and Tokio Hotel are all confirmed to perform and for the 2 consecutive year Katy Perry will return as the host for the MTV Europe Music Awards 2009.
